Hi, I’m Alisha, the hands, heart and maker of all the things here at American Roots Co.

My journey began on my grandpa’s old Craftsman scroll saw. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion, one that’s grown into creating one-of-a-kind 3D custom signs that tell stories, celebrate milestones, and help small businesses shine.

When I’m not in the shop, you’ll often find me out in nature, hiking trails, sketching new ideas, or chasing after my golden retriever (and loyal shop sidekick), who occasionally makes guest appearances in my Instagram videos.

I’ve been honored to have my work featured in the ScrollSaw Woodworking & Crafts Magazine 100th Fall 2025 edition—a milestone that reminds me how far this journey has come.
