American Roots Co does not offer returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective sign. All products are handmade to order just for you! If for any reason there is a problem with your sign or order, we would be happy to help!
We accept cancelations within 2 business days, as long as your order has not been completed or shipped. We have a fast turn around, so cancelations are not always possible. Any order requiring a cancelation after 2 business days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
